An independent software provider
MyHotelCare is an independent software provider. It offers an operational tool to help hotels organize and track guest concerns, internal follow-up, compensation records, maintenance escalation, and service-recovery visibility.
What we are not
MyHotelCare is not a law firm, an insurance advisor, a safety consultant, a medical provider, or an emergency-response provider. We do not provide legal, insurance, medical, safety, or compliance advice, and the Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice or emergency services.
What remains the hotel's responsibility
Hotels remain responsible for their own:
- Guest relations and communications.
- Compensation decisions and how service recovery is handled.
- Safety protocols and incident response.
- Employment and personnel decisions.
- Legal, regulatory, brand, and franchise compliance.
The Service is designed to assist these activities by keeping information organized and visible — not to make decisions on the hotel's behalf.
Related-party and vendor relationships
Any related-party or vendor relationship relevant to a customer's adoption of MyHotelCare should be disclosed and handled by that customer in accordance with its own conflict-of-interest, procurement, and approval policies. Product evaluation, pricing approval, renewal decisions, and vendor selection should be made by the customer's authorized decision-makers.
No guaranteed outcomes
MyHotelCare does not guarantee review scores, revenue impact, complaint outcomes, legal outcomes, or specific operational results. Categorizations, reminders, flags, and reports are provided to support a hotel's own judgment, and results will vary based on how a hotel uses the Service and the circumstances of each situation.

Some descriptions on this site refer to capabilities that are designed to support certain workflows or that may depend on a customer's deployment. They describe intended use rather than guarantees, and features may change as the product evolves.
